Top 10 Most Flexible States
States in the Northeast and West tend to offer the most work location flexibility.
Massachusetts is the most flexible state, edging Washington by a single percentage point. 3 of the top 10 states for flexible work are in the Northeast.
The West rounds out most of the rest of the top 10. Washington, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Hawaii are all near the top.
Top 10 Least Flexible States
The South tends to have the highest percentage of firms requiring Full Time In office. Mississippi has the highest percentage of Full Time In Office work by a large margin.
Alaska and Idaho are the two States outside of the South to make the list.
