8% of Enterprises Require Fridays in the Office
Summer Fridays are quickly becoming year-round Fridays. While half day Fridays or remote Fridays used to be exclusively a summer perk at some firms, now the vast majority of enterprises do not require Friday as an office day.
Tuesday is the most common required office day; 75% of US enterprises (1,000+ employees) with a Specific Days / Week flexible work policy require Tuesdays. Wednesday and Thursday are also quite common.
Monday is a distant fourth; only 25% require Mondays in office. But Friday is by far the least common required office day, which has had huge positive benefits for the hospitality and travel industries.
