You can now add or edit your company's flexible work policy
NEW: Companies can now create and manage their own flexible work profiles directly on Flex Index!
Read on for more information on how this feature works and how we safeguard data quality on Flex Index.
We launched Flex Index in February to provide a singular resource on workplace flexibility for companies worldwide. The response over the last eight months has greatly exceeded our expectations.
Flex Index now provides insight into the policies of 6,700+ companies. Our research has been featured in Forbes, WSJ, Bloomberg, Fortune, TIME, and many other leading publications.
Our commitment to increasing the breadth and accuracy of company information drives our efforts. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a new streamlined end-to-end profile management experience for employers. Companies can now fully create and manage their own flexible work profiles within Flex Index!
While these updates give employers more control over their Flex Profiles, data integrity remains our number one focus. Only current, validated employees can make updates to their company’s Flex Profile. Flex Index will proactively review every profile update to ensure accuracy and data quality.
