Small Financial Services Companies Are More Likely to Offer Fully Flexible Work
Small firms across industries continue to lead the way when it comes to offering Fully Flexible work, which also holds true in Financial Services. 64% of Financial Services companies with less than 500 employees offer Fully Flexible work. Only 18% of 25k+ employee Financial Services firms are Fully Flexible.
At the same time, Financial Services firms of all sizes are shying away from Full Time In Office work. Only 7% of employers with <500 employees are Full Time In Office, in line with the 7% of 25k+ employers that require Full Time In Office.
