Fact of the Week
Companies with Less Than 500 Employees Are Overwhelmingly Flexible
Even outside the technology sector, the smallest companies embrace Fully Flexible work, and the larger ones lean more toward Structured Hybrid.
Like their tech counterparts, the question for other small companies remains — as they grow and the complexity of their operations scales, will they need to require more in-office time like their larger peers?
In the Media
Wall Street Journal: The good news for office landlords is that lease signings have been increasing this year. The bad news is the average new lease is considerably smaller than before.
Fortune: The new normal is here. There is no watershed moment on the horizon.
Inc: Relaxed office policies are even more popular among smaller businesses, who have largely abandoned the idea of bringing their teams back in person every day.
