Fact of the Week
There Is a Strong Correlation Between Days Required in the Office per Week and Headcount Growth
Companies that require zero days in office (Fully Flexible) added 5.6% to their headcount. That number drops to 3.8% for four days per week in the office, and 2.6% for Full Time in Office.
Company Spotlight
At Health Catalyst most team members are spread across the US working from home. We are open to fully remote, hybrid, or in-office work and also offer flexible work hours for each of these models. Health Catalyst offers a one-time $1,000 home office stipend.
In the Media
Fortune: Companies offering remote work are growing faster than those that don’t
HR Brew: Technology is one of the most flexible industries when it comes to remote work, as well as finance, professional services, and media
Worklife: Seeing people at their desks was, at best, a blunt metric for assessing what was getting done efficiently, and what was merely time spent at a screen
