Company Spotlight: 3M
3M is a leading consumer goods company headquartered in Maplewood, MN. Most employees can choose how often (or never) to come to the office. Approval is required to move beyond commuting distance, but approval is often granted. Lab and manufacturing facilities generally have higher on-site time due to role requirements.
Fact of the Week
Only 8% of companies are fully remote with no offices.
These companies can be more difficult to find and are heavily weighted toward specific industries (hint: tech), company sizes, and geographies.
You can find more insights like these in our recently published Flex Report.
