Most Spreetail employees in the Lincoln, NE and Omaha, NE offices are expected to come into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All hybrid team members get two work-from-home (WFH) months: June 15th - July 15th and December 15th - January 15th, during which they are encouraged to WFH full-time.
The Technology team operates fully remotely. Fulfillment teams are based in fulfillment centers and expected to be full time on site.
