Fact of the Week
Companies offering flexible work outperformed their peers on 2020-2022 revenue growth
In our Q4 Flex Report, we collaborated with Boston Consulting Group to find that companies offering more flexibility outperformed their less flexible peers on revenue growth from 2020-2022.
Brian Elliott — Co-Founder of Future Forum and Author of “How the Future Works” — predicts that in 2024, more data like this will emerge showing that companies investing in flexibility see faster growth, higher customer satisfaction, more innovation, and stronger bottom-line performance.
According to Brian, it’s not just because those companies have flexible work policies; it’s that they’ll also invest in building culture, providing manager training, and embedding productivity-boosting tools to enable effective, flexible work.
The result? Happier, more engaged employees, which in turn will drive accelerated performance and greater focus on customers.
